Hand Enclosure
The life of a hand encloser is very varied - no two jobs are exactly the same!
To give you a feel for the type of work we can, and have, carried out, here are a few examples:-
- Take a personally addressed letter, attach 3 sunflower seeds to the letter with magic tape. Turn a C4 envelope upside down, and insert the letter into the envelope so that the sunflower seeds show in the window. Match an address label to the address on the letter, enclose, seal and mail.
- Collate 15 different leaflets, posters and letters from A4 to A2 in size. Take a mailing tube and cap one end. Roll all 15 inserts together and wrap with rubber bands each end. Insert the rolled items into the tube and affix an address label, PPI label and return address label. Cap the open end of the tube and mail.
- Take a personally addressed letter, personally addressed leaflet and a sheet of mini personally addressed labels. Collate all three items, checking the names and addresses are matched. Insert into a window envelope with two other leaflets, mail and post.
- Take a cardboard push up container, make the container, insert a bag of crisps, close the open container end. Collate 5 different leaflets and staple in one corner. Insert into a padded envelope, seal and mail.
